I cannot see my mail in Internet Explorer

If you have problems seeing your mail in the form of the browser freezes or displays a blank page, it might be an error in your browser's Internet settings. The problem can often be resolved by restoring settings to default.

  1. Select in Internet Explorer Tools and then Internet Options
  2. Select the Advanced tab
  3. Click Restore Defaults
  4. Click OK and close all browser windows

Start the browser and log on again. If the problem persists it might be an Adobe Reader installation error. This can be solved by first removing the program from your computer and then install the latest version.
