Why can’t I print my mail from Google Chrome?

Google Chrome has the functionality required to display your mail built-in, and therefore does not need a program such as Adobe Reader installed. The browser therefore has the necessary display functionality but unfortunately no Print button. If you want to make it easy to print out your mail, we recommend setting up Google Chrome to use Adobe Reader.

  1. Install the latest version of Adobe Reader - Get Adobe Reader
  2. Start Google Chrome and type the following into the address bar: chrome://plugins
  3. Look for Adobe Acrobat on the list and click on Aktiver

Your browser will now use Adobe Reader to display your mail and you can easily print it out by clicking on the Print button.
