The first thing you encounter when you log on to e-Boks is "Your overview." Here you have direct access to all mails, which initially appear in chronological order, along with key messages from e-Boks, news, etc. It also provides access to all important information together with all your documents. You can also choose to move your mails into your own folders and sort them the way you want. You do this by selecting "Your overview" in the menu on the left. By choosing “Show mail by sender” you will automatically sort the same type of mail from the sender, and can easily find mail documents from a particular sender.
Whichever way you choose to sort your mail, it is the same item you work with all locations. For example, deleting a post under “Your overview”, you will also delete this in your inbox or archive.

The idea behind e-Boks is to streamline the distribution of mail between companies, organisations and private recipients. This eliminates postage costs, improves service and reduces the environmental burden.
