How do I gain access from a mobile phone or tablet

You can get acces to e-Boks using our mobile apps for iOS and Android or our mobile website. To get acces from a mobile phone or tablet, you need to activate mobile access in e-Boks.

Log on to e-Boks using your BankID and select mobile access under settings. You will need to accept terms for mobile access and select a 6 digit password, which you will use to log on. In addition, you are provided with an activation code, which you will need to enter the first time you are logging on to e-Boks from a new mobile phone or tablet.
