How to read your locked mails (padlock)

In order to see locked documents, you must be logged on to e-Boks via online banking. The reason for this is that a number of banks only accept electronic access to sensitive bank information such as balances and amount values when using an access code issued by a financial institution. To read locked mails with a padlock follow these steps.

Choose menu button log off, in case you are still logged in to e-Boks
Choose menu button Log on
Choose Log on via your online bank. Choose your bank from the list
Click on the button Continue
Continue like you usually do when you log on to your online bank
Now you will be logged on via your online bank and you have the option to read your bank mails
