Log into e-Boks

e-Boks does not require any new user codes. You can log in using your Bank ID or via ID Porten. You can also log into your online bank and then get direct access to e-Boks.

News: It is now possible to receive mail from public authorities in e-Boks. Log in via the ID portal to sign up for mail from public authorities.

Do you have problems with logging in?

1. Can you log into your online bank using Bank ID?

If you can log into your online bank, but not e-Boks, using your Bank ID, this may be because your Bank ID needs to be activated for other services.

2. Do you have the latest software?

If you are having issues with logging on with BankID, please contact your bank. If you have any questions about e-Boks, please contact our user support.
