I am asked to provide my date of birth and national identity number when logging in (Need help)

You must provide your date of birth and national identity number the first time you use BankID when logging into e-Boks. You have to do this as e-Boks cannot obtain this information directly from BankID. Next time you log in, these details will be remembered and you shouldn’t be asked for them again.
