How do I cancel e-Boks? (Need help)

To unregister from e-Boks, you must log on to e-Boks on your computer and then select the menu item Settings. You will then see an option to unregister from e-Boks.

Please note that some banks may require you to use e-Boks as part of their customer agreement. You must contact the relevant bank regarding this.
